Update to the IHO-IOC GEBCO Cook Book

IHO-IOC GEBCO Cook BookAn updated version of the IHO-IOC GEBCO Cook Book, is now available from web pages hosted at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Laboratory for Satellite Altimetry.

The Cook Book is a technical reference manual on how to build a bathymetric grid. It was created with the aim of supporting and encouraging further participation in bathymetric grid development work. It was first released in October 2012.

This release includes the following addition
